Clinical Supervision
From £60 per hour
I have availability for supervisees, who are qualified to diploma level (L4) in Humanistic, Integrative counselling and L5 CBT. Either one 1.5hr session or 1hr per month.
I am also a trained group clinical supervisor to support those who would prefer this, with a maximum of 3 supervisees per group. This would generally be 2 x 1.5hrs per month and the rates are available on request.
My supervision days are Thursday
I use a range of supervision models, as explored with my training organisation, CB Counsellor Training. We can explore what model might suit our relationship, or we can be flexible with the various approaches. I work online or in person; in or close to Dorchester.
My work can be tailored to your practice, either as one-to-one or in groups.
If you have clients with whom you are working in a trauma informed way, then I have the experience to support you.
I work with adults, 17 to 75, any my style includes trauma informed, psych-education, CBT and creativity. These styles will be integrated as part of supervision. I can challenge and work collaboratively, including asking for feedback. We would have an annual exploration of the BACP/NCPS Ethical Framework.
I have a L3 safeguarding certificate and I have recently undertaken an in-depth look at EDI.
As your supervisor I would anticipate that we would spend time looking at the work you do, your personal approach, our relationship and any organisational issues that may arise. I work with a charitable organisation so understand the challenges that sometimes presents.
My past work has included agencies and EAP’s.
